Academic Dress Order/Collection
You will be able to book your academic dress.
Ahead of the big day, you can collect your academic dress at the Casuarina Convention Centre, Casuarina @ Meru Hotel, Ipoh, according to the following details:
Date: March 19, 2023
Time: 10.00 am
To collect your academic dress, you will need to present the Payment Slip that was issued to you after completing your payment on the Convocation portal.
When you collect your academic dress, please ensure that you have received all the required items.

Please also check whether the size of the academic dress is accurate.
Pending Payments
Graduands must ensure that all pending payments to the College have been made in full before they register for the convocation.

The convocation ceremony will be held at the Casuarina @ Meru Hotel, Ipoh.

Make your payments at our convocation portal. Make sure you keep your Payment slip after completing your payment.

Pass the tickets to your guests
Inform your guests about the dress code (head to the “During Convocation” section for the full details)
Make your travel plans. We recommend that you arrive at the Casuarina @ Meru Hotel at least an hour before your session is scheduled to start.
